Only three days are separating us from the Informativa 09 official opening.

The opening will take place on January 31st 2009, at 10.30 am on the Steklena dvorana (Hall C) stage of the Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre.

Informativa will be officially opened by Mag. Majda Potrata, Member of the Slovene Parliament and President of the Committee on Culture, Education, Sport and Youth. Visitors, on behalf ot the organizer, will be addressed by Mr. Janez Levec, GR Inženiring Director. The event will be enriched by the performances of the Ljubljana Secondary School for Music and Ballet students.

Preparations for Informativa in full swing

The event is already knocking on the door. The Informativa team has actively prepared and organized all necessary for Informativa to take place at full speed on January 30th and 31st.

We succeeded in inviting over 100 participating exhibitors, mostly educational and national institutes with their programmes, enterprises and organizations from education, scholarship and employment fields, providers of different means of education and some others.

We prepared an open-door day for exhibitors giving them the opportunity to view exhibition booths and get information on the scheduled event activities which include the exhibition field as well as the entertainment and educational programmes.

Primary and secondary school organized groups visiting Informativa 09 will have the opportunity to get a 50% discount on train group tickets at Slovenske Železnice (Slovene Railways).

We issued the event catalogue in Slovene where our visitors can obtain some more information on the event.
-    educational programmes in lecture rooms (ground floor and level 1)
-    accompanying programme on stage,
-    programme in the exhibition areas/booths
-    event ground plan,
-    List of participants by exhibition booths and activity fields.

Last week the deadline for registering to the first Informativa were closed. We are really glad so many education and national institutes, public institutions, vocational associations and enterprises responded to our invitation for participation.

Thanks to such a variagated participants' list, visitors will obtain answers like: When is the last deadline for delivering application forms to Universities?, What kind of limits are prescribed by different high schools?, How to obtain a scholarship?, What vocations are most wanted?, How to get a room at the high school/university students' house? and many others.

We shall try and answer to all these questions, hopefully solve some dilemmas and help visitors delivering their application form to the most suitable school for them.

Application deadline is getting close

Wednesday, December 10th 2008, is the Application and Contract delivery deadline.

Join many organizations, which will present their educational, employment or scholarship programme - only few days are left.

Nothing is lost, you can still apply and participate in Informativa 09. More informations about Inforamtiva is still available in the Invitation for Participation.

You can print out the Application form, fill it out and send it to GR Inženiring d.o.o., Dunajska cesta 10, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia or fill out the E-application form. By doing so you will confirm your presence and take the chance to actively and directly participate into the first Slovene preopen-door day .

Join Informativa 09 and become a notisable link in the education path of each individual.

Guided visits for Elementary and High Schools

Elementary and High Schools have the opportunity to register groups of pupils and high school students for free guided visits- exhibition area and other event activities visits.

Guided visits are arranged in order to allow visitors to actively participate in the programme, while schools can decide what areas are more interesting for their pupils and high school students.

Details about the guided visits will be known after December 10th 2008, the day of the confirmation of participation deadline.

The list of exhibitors is getting longer by the day

Informativa is successfully following its aim - to invite to the event more secondary schools, faculties, vocational colleges, undergratuate universities, offerers of additional education programmes and other institutions and organizations.

We are receiving registrations every day. Among secondary schools participating there are: Forestry, Carpentry, Electrical and Electronic schools, Computer Sciences school and Gymnasium, of course (Ports, diocesan cultural and general cultural gymnasium). Three Slovenian Universities - University of Primorska, University of Ljubljana and University of Maribor - and other different offerers of further education will present their Master's degrees to secondary school and university students.

Collaboration with the different institutions, among others, Centre for Vocational Education (CPI), Emplyment Service of Slovenia, Slovene Human Resources Developement and Scholarship Fund, Slovene Centre for Mobility and European Training and Education Programmes (CMEPIUS) and Public Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for Entrepreneurship and Foreign Investments (JAPTI) has already been confirmed.

Publishers’ Literary Corner

At Informativa 09 publishers or tenderers of specialized literature, books and magazines for Primary, Secondary School and University students can present their offers in the LITERARY CORNER.

Literary Corner is composed by two parts: a larger exhibition space where publishers present their offers and a space meant for visitors, where, sitting in confortable chairs, they can calmly examine the offers.

If you decide to rent some space in Literary Corner, please fill the registration form.

First registration deadline is closed

On Friday, 24 October 2008, we successfully closed the first registration deadline. Some education, scholarship giving and employment organizations have already confirmed their participation.

Do not miss the opportunity to become a relevant link in the individual’s education and carrier process, hurry up and ensure your site at Informativa. The last deadline for registering and confirming your participation 10 December 2008.

October 24th – last registration day for discount

Friday, 24 October 2008, is the first registration deadline. All those registering till Friday will get a 10% discount on exhibition space rental.
