Guidelines for Exhibitors


Exhibitors must be informed about important issues in order to prepare well for their participation in the event. We have created a .pdf EXHIBITOR'S MANUAL, which can be found at the link below.

All exhibitors are kindly requested to read the manual carefully and to inform of its contents other persons present at their exhibition space during assembling time or during the event.

Enclosed in the Manual you will find order forms for additional equipment, technical connection and parking places:
  • The order forms must be delivered to us by January 21th 2010.
