Terms and Conditions of Participation in INFORMATIVA '10 >>>

We offer 10% discount on exhibition space rental for Application Forms received up to 9^th November 2010.

A/ General information:

A. Standard equipped exhibition space: 6 sq m; 9 sq m; 12 sq m or more
price: 104 EUR/sq m
The standard equipped exhibition space includes floor covering, partition walls, two shelves, a table, two chairs, fascia board with the Exhibitor’s title, and a wastepaper basket. In the Invitation for Participation you can find rough drafts of the exhibition spaces.

Participation fee: Every (co-)exhibitor must pay the obligatory participation fee in the amount of 25 EUR per Participant (meaning organization, not an individual). The participation fee includes the event catalogue standard entry of the (Co-)Exhibitor and the publication of the (Co-)Exhibitor on this website.

STANDARD EVENT CATALOGUE ENTRY
The information for the standard event catalogue entry must be filled out by every exhibitor (except the title, the address, and the postal code). An illustraton of a standard entry can be viewed in the Invitation for Participation.

**Fill in the information of the contact person, relevant for the visitors (ie. enrolment representatives of a school, employment representatives in a company etc.)

A. High School institutions - high schools, school centres, student houses

B. Vocational School institutions

C. Higher education institutions - undegraduate universities, faculties, universities, student houses

D. Adult education and lifetime learning programmes - management
education, public universities etc.

E. Offerers of other education forms - foreign language courses, vocational excursion, art workshops

F. Scholarships and employment

G. State institutions, public institutes and professional bodies - ministries, embassies, chambers etc.

H. Other

IMPORTANT: *The presentation of your Organization and your programmes respectively is limited to up to 420 characters (not words), which includes spaces between words (one space equals one character). We kindly ask to consistently regard this limitation, since the system will not allow descriptions longer than 420 characters to go through and you will not be able to send the form.

Please, edit the style and grammar of your text before sending it, for the organizer does not promise to read the texts before publishing.
