How can you participate in Informativa '12?


 

1/ Exhibition Space

All the organizations participating in the exhibition area have to pay a 25 EUR
obligatory participation fee
for each exhibitor (organization and not individual).

The participation fee includes the obligatory standard entry in the event catalogue, listing the Exhibitor on the website www.informativa.si (List of Participants) and in the floor plan of the event.

  GR Inženiring organizes a number of its own events, provides consulting and realises events on request, deals with the exhibition space setting up, fair constructions in Slovenia and abroad. In the following years the company will employ more staff, that is why we offer the following scholarships:

A. STANDARD EQUIPPED EXHIBITION STAND

6 sq m, 9 sq m, 12 sq m, 15 sq m, 20 sq m, 24 sq m or more (arbitrary)
The standard equipped exhibition stand includes: floor covering, partition walls, two shelves, a table, two chairs, fascia board with the Exhibitor’s title and a wastepaper basket. If you choose to rent an exhibition stand that measures 9 sq m or more, we shall provide you an additional counter.
Price: 104 EUR/sq m

B. UNEQUIPPED EXHIBITION SPACE
The unequipped exhibition space is completely empty (without any floor covering, partition walls, furniture, nor fascia board) and can be equipped by the Exhibitors as they wish. The Exhibitors will be able to order additional equipment subsequently through an e-form available with the Exhibitors' Manual. Custom-made stands on demand are also available.
Price: 84 EUR/sq m


C. JOINT USE OF EXHIBITION SPACE
In case two or more organizations share the same exhibition space, they must all register and pay the registration fee and the obligatory participation fee. Co-Exhibitors have the same benefits as other Exhibitors.

BENEFITS WHEN RENTING AN EXHIBITION SPACE
 
         
      EARLY-BIRD APPLICATION DISCOUNT  
      Applying for an exhibition space rental in the early-bird application period grants you a 10 % discount on exhibition space rental. The discount is valid for standard equipped stands as well as unequipped exhibition spaces.  
         
      Early-bird application deadline: 10 November 2011  
         
     
DISCOUNT ON OTHER FORMS OF PARTICIPATION  
      Renting a standard equipped exhibition stand or unequipped exhibition space grants you 30 % discount on other forms of promotion (listed under point 3) and if booking an educational programme presentation (point 2/A).  
         
         
    Any additional equipment and services not included in the basic offer of the exhibition space (electricity, Internet connection, additional lights, etc.) can be ordered on payment via the e-form you will receive together with the Exhibitors' Manual.

The Manual is expected to be published in the second half of December 2011. It will include all the information important for a successful and quality presentation at the fair. It will be available both in printed form and on our website www.informativa.si.
 



 

2/ Lectures, Workshops, Round Tables, Promotional Presentations

A. CONFERENCE ROOM RENTAL
The Participants can present themselves to visitors in a 45 minute lecture, workshop, round table, promotional presentation or any other kind of presentation in one of the lecture rooms (50 and 150 seats). Participation must be confirmed to the Project Manager Ana Bevc (ana.bevc@proevent.sii) no later than 8 December 2011 or until the programme is full.
The price includes: space rental, computer, projector, projection screen, basic sound system.
Price: 292 EUR/hour


B. PROGRAMME ON STAGE
The Participants can present themselves in a 15 minute presentation on a stage of 48 sq m where an attractive and amusing programme (dance, music, school musical performances, presentation of vocational abilities) goes on during the whole day. Participation must be confirmed to the Stage Programme Coordinator no later than 8 December 2011 or until the programme is full.
Price: 83 EUR/15 min



 

3/ Additional Forms of Promotion

A. PROMOTION COUNTER
Only one person can perform the promotion behind the counter. Any additional person is charged as those who distribute promotional materials outside the exhibition space/promotion counter. The dimensions of the promotion counter are 100 cm x 50 cm x 100 cm (width x depth x height). The recommended size of the poster for the front of the counter is 96 cm x 86 cm (width x height).
Price: 500 EUR/piece


B. PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL DISTRIBUTION ON THE SITE
The price includes the distribution of one kind of promotional material and a maximum of two distributers. The Participants can distribute the materials themselves or have the organizer distribute the materials for them. The distribution of the promotional materials without the Organizer’s permission is not permitted.

  Distribution by organizer: 734 EUR/1 kind of promotional material
*NOTE: Participant has to deliver the materials for distribution to the organizer's address by 16 December 2011 the latest


C. BILLBOARD RENTAL
The billboard is to be fitted by the Participant. The billboard location is decided by the Organizer. Billboard dimensions are 100 cm x 200 cm (width x height). Recommended poster size is 90 cm x 190 cm (width x height).
Price: 83 EUR/piece


D. BANNER SPACE RENTAL
The banner (horizontal, dimension: 300 cm x 100 cm) will be placed at a visible location in the event area. The priority of choosing the banner location is given to those who have chosen sponsorship packages, then the Exhibitors and finally everybody else. Banners must be delivered to the Organizer's address no later than 13 January 2012.

E. JUMBO POSTER SPACE RENTAL
During the fair, there are jumbo poster spaces available for rent at the Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre (Gospodarsko razstavišče). This is another way for Exhibitors to back their presentation at the fair. Jumbo poster spaces in the dimension 4 m x 3 m are available until the capacities are full. The Participant has to send the designed poster in .PDF to the address aleksandra.rebec@proevent.si no later than 15 December 2011. Organizer takes care of printing and fitting the poster.
Price: 826 EUR/piece


F. ADVERTISEMENT IN THE EVENT CATALOGUE
The catalogue, containing from 68 up to 72 pages (vertical A5 format), will be published in 15,000 copies and will be given to every visitor on the day of the event. The catalogue will feature programme, the exhibition floor plan, a list of all Exhibitors and their descriptions.

  1/2 (148 mm x 105 mm): 560 EUR
  1/4 (74 mm x 105 mm): 335 EUR

    The advertisement has to be delivered no later than 15 December 2011 in .EPS or .PDF form (texts in vector form), in the chosen format, CMYK-colour space, 300 dpi resolution sent by e-mail to: aleksandra.rebec@proevent.si. Advertisements must be prepared for printing with a 3–4 mm bleed.
     
    *In case the advertisement is not delivered in the correct format, the Organizer is not held responsible for the quality of the publication. The Organizer is not bound to publish advertisements delivered after the due date.


G. ADVERTISEMENT IN THE EXHIBITORS' MANUAL
The Exhibitors’ Manual is a collection of all the important instructions and information given to everyone participating in the event. It is approximately 15 pages long (A4 format).

  1/1 (210 mm x 297 mm): 835 EUR
  1/2 (210 mm x 148,5 mm): 500 EUR

    The advertisement has to be delivered no later than 15 December 2011 in .PDF form in the chosen format sent by e-mail to: aleksandra.rebec@proevent.si. The advertisements should be without bleed.
     
    *In case the advertisement is not delivered in the correct format, the Organizer is not held responsible for the quality of the publication. The Organizer is not bound to publish advertisements delivered after the due date.


H. ADVERTISEMENT ON THE PLASMA SCREEN
The plasma screen will be placed at the event entrance. Your advertisement will be shown approx. 200 times in two days.
Price:
  Advertisement up to 30 seconds: 26 EUR/second
  Advertisement more than 30 seconds: 20 EUR/second
     
    The advertisement should be delivered no later than 15 December 2011 in .AVI or .MPEG form and in the size of 720 pix by 480 pix (width x height). The advertisement can be delivered on a portable medium to the Organizer's address (files larger than 20 MB) or sent by e-mail to: lara.petkovsek@proevent.si (files smaller than 20 MB).


I. BANNER LINK OR LOGO PUBLICATION AT INFORMATIVA WEBSITE
Informativa website www.informativa.si is interesting for primary school pupils, high school and university students, parents, teachers, professors, counsellors, Exhibitors, Sponsors and the interested public. Between 1 December and 31 January more than 16,000 different users visits the website.
The banner is published on the homepage and is visible on all its subpages. The logo is published on one of the subpages. The logo or banner link will be visible on the website after signing the agreement until 10 February 2012.
Price:
  Banner, 160 pix by 600 pix: 885 EUR/banner
  Banner, 468 pix by 60 pix: 650 EUR/banner
  Logo: 300 EUR/logo
     
    The logo needs to be delivered in .JPG form and RGB-colour space. The banner link can be delivered in .SWF or .JPG form. In both cases a web address to which the logo or banner link should be linked should be sent together with the logo or banner.


    NOTE:
None of the prices listed here include 20 % VAT which is to be covered by the Participant. Unless otherwise specified, all the prices are valid for participation during the whole event and are not charged by day.

 



 

4/ Internet Prize Game Package

Are you organizing an educational excursion, preparing a foreign language or some other course, offering interesting technical or youth literature or maybe selling education aids? If you are offering such or similar services or products and are prepared to give a present to Informativa visitor, the Internet Prize Game Package is the right way of promotion for you.

The Internet prize game will take place at www.informativa.si website. It will start at the end of December 2011 and will last up to the conclusion of the event. From 1 December to 31 January more than 16,000 different users visit the website. The on-line prize game promotion will be included in the event promotion.
