Invitation for Participation in Informativa '12

On 20 and 21 January 2012 you are kindly invited to the Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre, where the most important event on education in Slovenia will be taking place for the fourth year in a row – Informativa '12.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN INFORMATIVA?

• Educational institutions (high schools, colleges, faculties, universities),
• Organizations offering study exchange programmes, summer school programmes, or work placements abroad,
• Organizations offering employment possibilities or scholarships,
• Organizations offering student housing,
• Government or non-governmental organizations offering information or programmes on education, employment, scholarships, international mobility etc.,
• Organizations offering additional education programmes or lifelong learning programmes,
• Organizations offering didactic aids, professional literature, or youth literature,
• Banks and insurance companies,
• Or any other organization that is in one way or another connected to education, scholarships, or employment.

WHO WILL VISIT INFORMATIVA?

Around 15,000 visitors from around Slovenia visit Informativa every year, namely:

• Primary school pupils (higher grades);
• High school students;
• University students;
• Scholarship and first-time job seekers;
• Parents;
• Teachers, professors, counsellors, youth workers;
• All those who are looking for information on further education and training, with no regard to their ages.

Application in the early-bird application period by 10 November 2011 ensures special benefits.

Applying in the early-bird application deadline - by 10 November 2011:

• All exhibitors renting a standard equipped or unequipped exhibition space in the early-bird application period are granted a 10-% discount on exhibition space rental.

Benefits when renting an exhibition stand:

• All exhibitors renting an equipped or unequipped exhibition space are entitled to a 30-% discount on other forms of promotion and if booking an educational programme presentation.
