Forms of Participation

1. PACKAGE PARTICIPATION

• a promotion stall. Size: 100 cm x 50 cm x 100 cm (gross width x gross depth x gross height).
• 3 partition walls. Dimensions: 100 cm x 250 cm (gross width x gross height)
• The exhibitor's logo on a middle partition wall.

Price: 350 €/package

Example:

Leasing of a conference hall* for organising lectures, workshops and promotional presentations; this includes:

• leasing a conference hall with 80 seats for 1 hour,
• leasing a computer, a projector, a projection screen and basic loudspeakers,
• publishing the programme in the catalogue Business Informativa '12 and at the event's webpage.

Price: 292 €/package

*Renting the conference hall is limited – available on first-come basis.

• Participating at the promotional stall (package A) and renting the conference hall to organise lectures, workshops, promotional presentations (package B).
• The package C includes all that is covered by the packages A and B.
  
  Price: 500 €/package

Every (co-)exhibitor who ordered package A or C must pay the obligatory participation fee in the amount of 25 EUR per Participant (meaning organization, not an individual). The participation fee includes the event catalogue standard entry of the (Co-)Exhibitor and listing the Exhibitor on the website www.informativa.si (List of Participants).

2. ADDITIONAL FORMS OF PARTICIPATION

The catalogue, containing from 16 up to 24 pages (vertical A6 format), will be published in 3,000 copies and will be given to every visitor on the day of the event. The catalogue will feature programme, the exhibition floor plan, a list of all Exhibitors and their descriptions.

Price:

	•	1/1 (105 mm x 148 mm): 250 EUR/advertisement
	•	1/2 (105 mm x 74 mm): 150 EUR/advertisement
		Advertisement formats:
		The advertisement has to be delivered no later than 15 December 2011 in .EPS or .PDF form (texts in vector form), in the chosen format, CMYK-colour space, 300 dpi resolution sent by e-mail to: lara.petkovsek@proevent.si. Advertisements must be prepared for printing with a 3–4 mm bleed.
		*In case the advertisement is not delivered in the correct format, the Organizer is not held responsible for the quality of the publication. The Organizer is not bound to publish advertisements delivered after the due date.

Business Informativa '12 webpage http://en.informativa.si/business-informativa is intended for all who are active in the field of business and professional education, training, counselling and publishing, as well as for those who endeavour to further their workplace knowledge. The webpage will thus be interesting for administrators, managers in companies and other institutions, coordinators of education, internal educators, lecturers, pedagogical and professional workers in educational institutes, and individuals interested in additional education and training.

A banner and logotype are published at the webpage http://en.informativa.si/business-informativa and visible in all subpages. A logotype or banner becomes visible in the webpage upon the signing of the contract and remains there until the 10^th of February 2012.

The price of publishing a banner:

 
The logo needs to be delivered in .JPG form and RGB-colour space. The banner link can be delivered in .SWF or .JPG form. In both cases a web address to which the logo or banner link should be linked should be sent together with the logo or banner.

The event will provide poster spaces for promotional and other posters.  Poster spaces are designed by subscribers, while locations are determined by the organiser. The dimensions of a poster space are 100 cm x 200 cm (width x height). The recommended size of a poster is 90 cm x 190 cm (width x height).

Price: 83 EUR/poster space

The event provides opportunities for mobile advertising – by multimedia stands, folding exhibition stands, banner stands etc. Stands are placed by customers, their locations are determined by the organiser.

Price: 84 EUR/piece

 

3. POSSIBILITY OF SPONSORSHIP PARTICIPATION

For all those who wish to present themselves at Business Informativa in a special and characteristic manner we have prepared special sponsorship packages which combine several different forms of advertising adjusted to the wishes and needs of individual customers.
