Chamber of Craft and Small Business of Slovenia Best Exhibitor of Informativa'11		Informativa '11 successfully ended 24.01.2011 08:31 On Friday and Saturday, 21^st and 22^nd January 2011, the third Slovenian Education, Scholarship and Employment Fair Informativa'11 took place. In these two days Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre was visited by more than 14,800 visitors and 190 participants presented themselves in the fair exhibition. Besides rich exhibition spaces, a full educational and accompanying programme went on in four lecture rooms and on stage. Visitors, full of information on schooling, scholarship possibilities and vocation opportunities, left Informativa with big hopes. The exhibitor that excited them the most was the Chamber of Craft and Small Business of Slovenia (OZS) which was given the best exhibitor award of Informativa'11. We congratulate the OZS on winning the title for the second year in a row!

		Invitation to the opening 20.01.2011 11:26 Grand opening of the third Informativa will be on Friday, 21 January 2011, at 10.30 am. The opening will take place on stage in Kocka Hall (A2) of Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre (Gospodarsko razstavišče). Informativa will be opened by the President of The Slovenian Rectors' Conference and Rector of the University of Nova Gorica Dr. Danilo Zavratnik and Ms. Urška Marentič, Deputy Director of the Institute of Republic of Slovenia for Vocational Education and Training (CPI). Mr. Janez Levec, Director of the company GR Inženiring will welcome the visitors in the name of the Organizer. Amusement and entertainment will be in the hands of Kristina Rajgelj, young singer and student of The Faculty of Humanities Koper and animation group Turistica of the Faculty of Tourism Studies Portorož – Turistica.

		Informativa'11 preparations in full swing 10.01.2011 10:18 This year Informativa is finally getting its final shape. After gaing a record achievement - a full exhibition area with 200 pariticipating exhibitors, it has successfully gained an educational and cultural note. We prepared: an educational programme in three lecture rooms and in the University of Ljubljana lecture room, a cultural programme on Informativa main stage and many additional activities like two internet prize games, a photo competition and much much more.

Various organizations and institutions from the fields of high school, vocational, and undergraduate education, as well as those offering additional education, sholarships, internships, employment for youth and adults, public and other institutions from Slovenia and abroad decided to take part. 		Discount for applications in the early-bird application period 31.08.2010 11:46 The early-bird application deadline for Informativa ’11 is on the 9^th November 2010. All of you who will decide to rent a standard equipped or unequipped exhibition stand in the early-bird application period are entitled to a 10-% discount on exhibition stand rental. All exhibitors are also entitled to a 30-% discount on other forms of promotion and if booking an educational programme presentation. 		You are kindly invited to participate in Informativa '11 07.07.2010 15:36 Pupils and high school children have started their well-earned summer holidays. In the mean time, we are, for the third year in a row, preparing the biggest Slovenian education, scholarship, and employment fair – Informativa ’11. In winter 2011 it will again welcome all the youth and adults, who believe there is no such thing as too much education or knowledge. On Friday and Saturday, the 21^st and 22^nd of January 2011, educational institutions from Slovenia and abroad will gather again at the Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre (Gospodarsko razstavišče) – from high schools to vocational schools, higher education institutions, institutions offering additional education, adult education etc. They will be joined by important scholarship-givers, companies offering internships or first employment. Different vocations will be presented, as well as didactic aids, different housing possibilities for students, financing possibilities, international exchange programmes and more. Informativa '10, again a successfull story!

Informativa '10 wound up today. The event attracted almost 14,000 pupils, students and other visitors looking for new information on professions, education, scholarships and employment.

More than 160 programmes from high schools, faculties, state institutions, public institutes, companies and providers of continuing education were presented.

Within the framework of free guided visits, Informativa saw 1,500 visiting pupils and students from 21 schools.

In the accompanying programme, visitors were entertained by more 200 performers on stage, while the educational programme provided some forty lectures, roundtables and workshops.

In order to establish a common point between people of all generations in search for information on education, scholarships, and employment and all organizations active in those fields, we are organizing Informativa '10 which will take place at Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre in Slovenia on 29^th and 30^th January 2010.

Who can present itself in the fair?
All active in the fields of education, employment and scholarship giving - second, vocational or higher learning institutions, adult education and lifetime learning programmes, offerers of all kind of additional education forms, state, public or professional bodies and many others.

Only three days are separating us from the Informativa 09 official opening.

The opening will take place on January 31st 2009, at 10.30 am on the Steklena dvorana (Hall C) stage of the Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre.

Informativa will be officially opened by Mag. Majda Potrata, Member of the Slovene Parliament and President of the Committee on Culture, Education, Sport and Youth. Visitors, on behalf ot the organizer, will be addressed by Mr. Janez Levec, GR Inženiring Director. The event will be enriched by the performances of the Ljubljana Secondary School for Music and Ballet students.

Preparations for Informativa in full swing

The event is already knocking on the door. The Informativa team has actively prepared and organized all necessary for Informativa to take place at full speed on January 30th and 31st.

We succeeded in inviting over 100 participating exhibitors, mostly educational and national institutes with their programmes, enterprises and organizations from education, scholarship and employment fields, providers of different means of education and some others.

We prepared an open-door day for exhibitors giving them the opportunity to view exhibition booths and get information on the scheduled event activities which include the exhibition field as well as the entertainment and educational programmes.

Primary and secondary school organized groups visiting Informativa 09 will have the opportunity to get a 50% discount on train group tickets at Slovenske Železnice (Slovene Railways).

We issued the event catalogue in Slovene where our visitors can obtain some more information on the event.

-    programme in the exhibition areas/booths
-    event ground plan,
-    List of participants by exhibition booths and activity fields.

Last week the deadline for registering to the first Informativa were closed. We are really glad so many education and national institutes, public institutions, vocational associations and enterprises responded to our invitation for participation.

Thanks to such a variagated participants' list, visitors will obtain answers like: When is the last deadline for delivering application forms to Universities?, What kind of limits are prescribed by different high schools?, How to obtain a scholarship?, What vocations are most wanted?, How to get a room at the high school/university students' house? and many others.

We shall try and answer to all these questions, hopefully solve some dilemmas and help visitors delivering their application form to the most suitable school for them.

Wednesday, December 10th 2008, is the Application and Contract delivery deadline.

Join many organizations, which will present their educational, employment or scholarship programme - only few days are left.

Nothing is lost, you can still apply and participate in Informativa 09. More informations about Inforamtiva is still available in the Invitation for Participation.

You can print out the Application form, fill it out and send it to GR Inženiring d.o.o., Dunajska cesta 10, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia or fill out the E-application form. By doing so you will confirm your presence and take the chance to actively and directly participate into the first Slovene preopen-door day .

Guided visits for Elementary and High Schools

Elementary and High Schools have the opportunity to register groups of pupils and high school students for free guided visits- exhibition area and other event activities visits.

Guided visits are arranged in order to allow visitors to actively participate in the programme, while schools can decide what areas are more interesting for their pupils and high school students.

Details about the guided visits will be known after December 10th 2008, the day of the confirmation of participation deadline.

The list of exhibitors is getting longer by the day

Informativa is successfully following its aim - to invite to the event more secondary schools, faculties, vocational colleges, undergratuate universities, offerers of additional education programmes and other institutions and organizations.

We are receiving registrations every day. Among secondary schools participating there are: Forestry, Carpentry, Electrical and Electronic schools, Computer Sciences school and Gymnasium, of course (Ports, diocesan cultural and general cultural gymnasium). Three Slovenian Universities - University of Primorska, University of Ljubljana and University of Maribor - and other different offerers of further education will present their Master's degrees to secondary school and university students.

Collaboration with the different institutions, among others, Centre for Vocational Education (CPI), Emplyment Service of Slovenia, Slovene Human Resources Developement and Scholarship Fund, Slovene Centre for Mobility and European Training and Education Programmes (CMEPIUS) and Public Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for Entrepreneurship and Foreign Investments (JAPTI) has already been confirmed.

Publishers’ Literary Corner

At Informativa 09 publishers or tenderers of specialized literature, books and magazines for Primary, Secondary School and University students can present their offers in the LITERARY CORNER.

Literary Corner is composed by two parts: a larger exhibition space where publishers present their offers and a space meant for visitors, where, sitting in confortable chairs, they can calmly examine the offers.
